About the Night

You know the songs. You know the moves. You've just been pretending you don't since you moved here. Diskoteka 90s is our flagship retro party — one night when The Opera House turns into the discotheque of your youth: the hits of the dvor back to back, a light show your school gym could only dream of, and a crowd that knows every word.

Expect dance battles with actual prizes, a karaoke corner for the brave, a photo zone with props you'll regret and cherish, and a midnight confetti drop. Sport suits, leather jackets and your finest 1997 look are warmly encouraged — there's a prize for best outfit, judged by the crowd, decided by volume.

The Program

Good to Know

19+ event, ID at the door. Tickets are cheaper online than at the door — and the last two editions sold out, so don't do the "we'll decide on Friday" thing. Group tables of 6+ get reserved seating and a zakuski platter.

Getting There

The Opera House is at Queen St E and Broadview — streetcar 501 stops at the door, paid parking nearby. The venue is accessible; contact us in advance if you need accommodations and we'll sort it out.
